We are looking for a Manager of Core Services & IT Coordinators to join our IT Operations team in Solna. This is a unique opportunity to take a key role in driving our future IT landscape, including an exciting journey toward SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SASE solutions, which are critical to the company’s future.

Our IT Operations department is responsible for delivering essential infrastructure services such as hosting, network management, database administration, application support, workplace services, service desk functions, vendor license and contract manaement. You will manage both outsourced services and internal teams, providing the foundation that enables the company’s growth and success. Job duties:

As the Manager of Core Services & IT Coordinators, you will:

Service Management:

• Oversee outsourced services for network, hosting, and infrastructure, and telephony, ensuring service levels are met and continuously improved.
• Drive performance and vendor management, ensuring high-quality service delivery from external partners.

Architecture & Base Platforms:

• Lead architects responsible for defining and evolving our core IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the IT architecture supports current business needs and future innovation.
• Define the transformation toward SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SASE, helping to shape the strategic roadmap.

IT Coordinators:

• Lead a team of local IT Coordinators who provide hands-on support at various sites across the Nordic region.
• Ensure that site-specific IT needs are met efficiently, and that IT is well-aligned with production operations.

Transformation & Innovation:

• Be a key player in our future network transformation, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Ensure the successful implementation of next-generation network and security technologies like SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SASE.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for you who have

• Extensive IT Service Management Experience: Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure services, both internally and outsourced, with strong knowledge of hosting, and networks.
• Leadership in IT Architecture: Experience managing IT architects and developing infrastructure strategies aligned with business needs.
• Hands-on IT Coordination Oversight: Familiarity with managing distributed IT teams providing local support to multiple sites.
• Understanding of Emerging Technologies: Experience or knowledge of SD-WAN, SD-LAN, SASE, and related network security transformations.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, work cross-functionally, and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at navigating complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Nordic Language Skills: Swedish, English
