PostNord Group IT is looking for a Product Owner for our Finance product team where our focus area is finance and order-to-cash development. A lot of exciting things are happening in our area due to an ongoing transformation journey where we recently have upgraded to SAP S/4 HANA.

About The Role

As Product Owner in Solution Area Finance, belonging to Group IT you will in collaboration with your team, be responsible to create the product roadmap and have a very good understanding of the business needs within Finance. To succeed you need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. This role demands a proactive and knowledgeable individual who will drive the solution topics within your finance product team.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the product with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
  • Work closely with stakeholders within the PostNord Group, but mainly within Finance
  • Lead an agile team with software engineers, developers and solution architects to execute and deliver value
  • Define and manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycle
  • Prioritize product backlog items and coordinate with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for a curios driver who can gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team. 

You have skills such as-

  • Good understanding of Finance processes especially Record-to-Report, Order -to cash and Purchase to Pay.
  • SAP Finance and/or other modules in SAP such as SD and BRIM.
  • Previous experience of working as Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • 3-5 years as a Product Owner or in a leadership role managing SAP solutions.
  • Good stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
  • Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
  • Able to work at all levels of the organization as well as part of virtual teams.
  • English and at least one Nordic language in speech and writing
