As a Tech Lead for Salesforce you have responsibility for all technical aspects of the architecture, design, the implementation, and the operation of all components within our Salesforce solution.

Job duties

• Work closely with product owner and team to refine and design features.
• Work closely with product owner and solution architect to agree on team capacity allocation and sequencing of work.
• Evaluate and try out new technologies, aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
• Facilitates systematic code quality improvement processes.
• Monitor, analyze and follow-up on technical debt.
• Mentor to developers in both technical- and self-organizing skills, to encourage and promote the team in become a high-performance team.

We are looking for you who

• Have extensive experience as senior developer in Salesforce
• Is familiar about Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau and Pardot
• Is capable of taking day-to-day technical and architectural decisions
• Have extensive experience with integrations and Salesforce APIs
• Are experienced with architecture, probably certified Salesforce Architect
• Have experience in working with agile frameworks such as SCRUM and SAFe
• Is ready to solve complex problems
• Wants to continue to advance your skills
• Have good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate technical and complex issues in an easy understandable way for stakeholders in IT and Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish or Danish

Your team works according to SAFe and it is part of agile release train together with other agile teams. For the release trains you are a stakeholder and you are a part of the forums that prioritizes the release trains work.

Your way of working is inclusive, structured and responsible. You need to be able to handle stressful situations and prioritize job tasks independently. You are communicative and easy to collaborate with.
