We are looking for an operations coordinator. You will be part of our SysOps team. The SysOps team supports the daily operation of our customer-facing services that are operated in AWS. 

Job duties

We monitor, analyze and coordinate incidents. You’ll focus a lot coordinate how we work with our different teams as stakeholders. Alerting improvements, like usage of metrics. You’ll coordinate in case of incidents and support streamline processes.

The team is located in Stockholm and Offshore. You will sit with the team in Stockholm and work close with the tech lead, team lead, and incident coordinator.   

We are looking for you who have

We see that you are clever, like to dive deep, understand, draw connections – like a Sherlock Holmes.  Importance is that you see a positive challenge in all given conditions. 

You are good at working with many different types of individuals, as stakeholders are everything from developers to service owners in a large organisation. 

• You have the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High analytical & problem- solving skills.
• Working experience in AWS cloud and cloud operations.
• ITSM background with large projects.
• Fluent in English and basic proficiency of Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have 

• Worked with IT related/digital services within customer service.
• Previously worked with operations in similar product development companies.
• Knowledge in set of Atlassian cloud services, such as Jira Service desk and Confluence.
• Knowledge with GDPR/Privacy issues. Information security.
• Experience in Postal/Logistics industry will be a plus.
