The Cloud Foundation Team is a platform engineering team, at PostNord, whose mission is to support all business division development teams with a modern runtime environment where they can develop and operate their own services. We work mainly with AWS and Azure including infrastructure as code, network, storage, compute, cloud security, scripting and automation, FinOps, DevEx, data migration as well as generic programming and infrastructure architecture design. 

Job duties: 

The cloud foundation technical product owner blends the technical understanding of PostNord cloud infrastructure with the internal product teams needs and aligns this with the Postnord cloud strategy. 

• Overall responsible for the cloud landing zones in Azure and AWS. 
• Manage cloud vendor relationship and utilize them to drive cloud maturity in the organization. 
• Drive the fin-ops process together with Group IT finance team.  
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. 
• Own product backlog that balances product team needs, product team onboarding with platform non-functional requirements. 
• Product Ownership of the team and stakeholder management 

We are looking for you who have (need to have) 

• At least three years of previous experience with cloud in either an engineering or CCoE role. 
• Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. 
• In depth understanding of the needs of software development teams when it comes to developer experience, deployment, and operations. 
• Experience when dealing with vendors and utilizing their offerings such as training, workshops, and game-days. 
• High level understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, microservices, network services, and firewalls. 
• Good understanding of fin-ops practices.  
• Proven experience working with cloud foundation like network, storage & compute in Azure. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

Meritorious experience: (Nice-to-have) 

• Hands on experience developing in a cloud environment.  
• Azure or AWS Certified. 
• Extensive experience in Cloud service providers, for example AWS & Azure.  
• Ability to enhance the DevEx (Developer Experience) for the organisation.
