PostNord is looking for an Enterprise Architect to take on our Production Domain which focuses on the value-chain, of delivering parcels, logistics solutions and mail.  

The Enterprise Architect team at PostNord Group is responsible for understanding PostNord’s business needs and translating those into a vision for the future – realized through defining guardrails, guidelines and standards as well as our target architecture. We are the link between PostNord’s business units and Group IT.    

What will you do? 

In the role of Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the company to define the architecture and key quality characteristics in your area of expertise. We provide services that affect hundreds of thousands of recipients in the Nordic region every day. You will act from the customer's perspective, prioritize, and take responsibility for the whole. Your tasks will include: 

• Defining the target architecture for your area. 
• Guide and mentor solution and software architects in making trade-offs and finding the best path forward in tough decisions.  
• Work together with the Enterprise Architect team to craft the overall technical strategy for the company, as well as collaborating on cross-domain problem-solving for business needs.

Your experience 

• Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written 
• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably focusing on a complex domain or within a larger company.
• Experience developing a target architecture and realizing that architecture through leading others, for example through an Architecture Board or other governance forms.

You may also have experience with one or more of: 

• Enterprise architect modelling tool, such as LeanIX or Ardoq 
• OT and IoT 
• Master data management 
• Real or near real-time event sourced systems 
• Supply-chain or logistics business processes 
• Cloud-based architectures and micro-service architectures
