As the EMEA Region Head of Finance at Direct Link, you will be responsible for the Finance function of the region with a strong focus on exponential growth and commercial development.

Job duties
You will be responsible for controlling, leading and driving the strategy, the business plan and results for Direct Link EMEA. In this it is vital to strengthen the co-operation and build a strong Finance community with the Financial Managers across the countries in which we operate. You will be tasked to harmonize country financial processes as well as reporting and develop business cases for strategic decisions. You will also lead projects to improve the functionality of Business Management and Financial systems. You will be part of the EMEA top leadership team to articulate and execute future strategies in supporting the ongoing Direct Link transformation journey. This could include establishing new entities, opening new markets and building new solutions. You will report to the Managing Director of EMEA and the position will be based in Solna, Sweden.

We are looking for you who have

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good knowledge and experience of accounting processes and business control
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience from international reporting and controlling is a merit
  • Experiences from SAP are advantageous
  • Advanced skills in Excel are required
  • Swedish and English fluently, both written and spoken

To be successful in this role you need to be a strong communicator and have excellent collaboration skills. You are social and easygoing and you like to create good relations with people around you. You are result driven and feel comfortable in taking decisions. Analytical problem-solving skills and financial modelling skills are required.
