We are looking for you who master Solution Architecture and would like to lead PostNord’s development of Nordic Production Capabilities. You have a great interest and previous experiences in Enterprise systems design and its complexity.

Our team is responsible for IT development of the future production systems for PostNord’s management of logistics and postal services in the Nordics. An area under constant change and we support our business to enable flexibility and speed to market. You will be part of an investment for the future and build robust, highly scalable, and effective solutions.

Job duties
In this role you will be working with developing of our production systems and contributing with your expertise to ensure that we develop solutions that match the needs of the business and at the same time are effective, safe, available and scalable. You work together with other qualified system architects within the production area, as well as other parts of IT to integrate them in PostNord’s IT environment. Close collaboration with the business and other parties within IT, as well as our agile development teams are important for success. We are using SAFe® as a framework with a pragmatic approach.

We are looking for you who have
You have worked several years as tech lead, systems- or solutions architect where you have worked with building and developing new and complex systems. You are comfortable with managing high level requirements and documenting IT architecture together with both external suppliers and internal development teams. You have knowledge and hands on experience of system development for systems based on technologies such as Java, Azure, AWS, Kafka or ELK, as well as other open source technologies. We would like for you to also have experience in cloud solutions and service oriented architecture as well as transaction intensive systems that should work 24/7. You have an academic education in system development or related competence. Our expectations are that you have industry knowledge from the postal and/or logistic domain.

• are fluent in English. Swedish or another Nordic language is also of merit.
