The Team

We, the Portal User Team, is responsible for the core of PostNord Group´s Customer Portal. With over 100 new business customers onboarding every day and more than 40 thousand active users the Customer Portal is a central piece of Postnord growth within the e-commerce business.

We are responsible for the solutions in their entirety - new development, product lifecycle management, solution architecture, monitoring and operation (DevOps). The ambition is to constantly be at the forefront of technology and together we help build innovative customer facing solutions within PostNord.

As a product owner of the Portal User Team you will be playing a central role, from setting the goal and the priorities to maintaining a good delivery pace while always keeping our internal stakeholders aligned and our customer in focus.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who like to build agile teams that create robust solutions that stand the test of time.

We believe that you are a curious and responsive person who understands customers' needs and has an interest in learning more about technology and system connections. As we work distributed, we believe that it is important that you have very good knowledge of various digital tools such as Slack, Jira and Teams.

You will work closely with our users and stakeholders as well as cross-functionally with all the other teams in digital. You will be the chain from market and needs analysis to the development and operation of our digital services.

Your profile

• A couple of years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Certified in the role of Product Owner.
• Knowledge and competence in e-commerce solutions and/or logistics is an advantage.
• Relevant education in IT/system development, or equivalent experience.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
