Nordic Strategy and Solutions is a group function that plays an important role in developing and implementing the long-term strategy, as well as accelerating the data and tech transformation of our businesses.
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics (D&A) Innovation unit, within the Nordic Strategy and Solutions department; and will directly contribute to a virtual D&A Transformation Office (Lighthouse teams operating under the Accelerator model).
You are the link between the business's needs, processes and technical development. You´ll work closely with the business product owner as well as other talented colleagues in a cross-functional team tasked to accelerate our D&A transformation. Togheter with your team, you will translate business ambitions and needs into concrete Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for digital and analytics use cases; and ensure that these are successfully executed.
In the role of Business Analyst, you will be an important player for the progress, achievement, and deliverables of business outcomes in the form of incremental Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) prioritized together with the product owner and business sponsor. You will work in a cross functional Nordic enviroment.
The role requires a few years of experience in similar work and the ability to understand drivers of real business value and technical details, think innovatively, have analytical skills, and understand the big picture; all to support the development of business use cases powered by digital capabilities and delivered as MVPs: revenue potential, cost savings, investment needs, breakthrough mentality, etc.
