We are looking for a declarative Salesforce developer for the department IT department and the office is located on Terminalvägen 24 in Solna, Stockholm.

Job duties

We are currently working on the implementation of a new CRM system - Salesforce, where we now need the reinforcement of a Business Expert with technical competence in Salesforce who can drive the work forward together with your colleagues from the business in what the development teams will work with. In the role, you will be an important link between the business needs of the business and IT and above all work with concretization of requirements from various stakeholders, visualization of potential solutions in Salesforce and show what is possible to implement in Salesforce. Furthermore, you will work closely with the teams for continued analysis work. In your everyday life, you will be involved in and influence large parts of the delivery. The department is facing an exciting journey regarding both technology and working methods, and you are given a great opportunity to be involved and make an impact!

Requirement:

• Academic degree in relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with analysis/configuration on/within Salesforce
• Experience in the integration of larger implementations/the integration with Salesforce
• Experience working in various roles either as a traditional business analyst or product owner
• Experience in Modeling and identifying IT support needs
• Communicate in English and a local language, fluent verbal and written communication
  
  Meritorious:
• Salesforce certifiering
• Experience from agile way of working
