Experienced Tech Lead for the Tracking Information Team

We as a team

• We are a distributed team with members in the Philippines and Sweden
• We use Confluence for documentation and Bitbucket for code management
• We work at least three days a week at the office in Solna

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned developer with at least five years of experience, ideally in a Tech Lead role. If you have a strong interest in translating complex requirements into valuable solutions for our customers, excellent analytical abilities, and a coaching mindset, we’d love to meet you.

Experience with Java SE, AWS, Spring Boot, and backend systems is crucial, as is familiarity with microservices architecture and high-transaction systems.

If you’re proficient in both Swedish and English, and passionate about tech, we encourage you to apply - even if you don’t have experience with every single technology listed.

Technical Skills:
