Job duties

In the role of Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following:

• Define and align the architectural framework in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring it aligns with business goals. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Align teams to a shared technical direction and partner with them in elaborating the solution, validating technology assumptions, and evaluating implementation alternatives.
• Ideate and create enablers to evolve the technical landscape, fostering adaptive design and engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise and System Architects to address architectural concerns at respective levels.
• Collaborate with team, Product Owner, Tech Lead to anchor the architectural framework. Establish governance structure with architectural principles and standards to be followed within the tool’s ecosystem.
• Ensure systems compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding data privacy and security.

You will work with:

• An Agile team with technical and business-oriented roles overseeing the Atlassian tool suite.
• SAFe practices, taking part in relevant ceremonies with the team and in the ART.
• A network of architects and related roles.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from business as well as IT in understanding their requirements.
• Collaborating with partners and suppliers to have the latest insights.

We are looking for you who have

• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with service management and agile development tools. Such as Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence and BitBucket).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably ITIL. Experience working in agile environments, preferably within the SAFe framework.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English.
