Our Area and the Team

We, the Partner Solutions area, are responsible for the solutions that are used at our 3 600 Service Points in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We also handle the support tools in Backoffice and the Parcel Locker integration in the Nordic Countries. These solutions are central to our growth.

We are now looking for a Product Owner (PO) for the BackOffice Team.

As a PO you are Responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems in BackOffice. This require a close cooperation with our Stakeholders to make sure that our solution is best in class when it comes to meeting business processes and customer demands. You are responsible for Backlog and prioritization.

You will be leading the daily activities together with the agile team. Enable the Team to perform at their best based on agile principles and PostNords ABC culture, Accountable, Brave and Committed.

As PO you stay up to date on latest trends in the Retail and E-commerce domains and will be leading the innovation in your area.

We are looking for you

• Experience working as a product owner or similar roles managing and developing digital products.
• Communication skills: Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a wide audience, from management teams to developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Team player: You should be a team player who works collaboratively with other team members and other teams to achieve our goals. You cater for good collaboration within the team and ensure the team's work progresses efficiently and smoothly.
• Leadership skills: You'll be responsible for leading and guiding the development team towards our set goals. We're looking for someone who can not only lead the teams daily work but also empower the team to take ownership and drive the development initiatives forward.
• Agile methodologies: You should be well-versed in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and be able to implement them effectively within the team.

Meritorious experience: (Nice-to-have)

• Experience from e-commerce and/or logistics
• Business domain knowledge of PostNords processes especially in the Retail area.   
• Certification in Agile methodology

• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
