Our Workplace department consists of around 15 team members responsible for PostNord’s IT Workplace, serving both administration and production workforces. We continuously evolve our workplace technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and user-friendly services. Job duties

As an IT Service Manager for M365, you will be working with strategic, tactical, and operational duties related to Microsoft 365 Services at Postnord. Your primary focus will be on the M365 Collaboration related workloads, yet also ensuring synchronized cross-planning and communication amongst key stakeholders steering other workloads in the tenant. This senior-level role includes:

  • Steering and following up on M365 governance, which requires close collaboration with both internal stakeholders having interest in one or more specific areas or workloads in the tenant, as well as with external stakeholders like the suppliers involved in managing the M365 Services for Postnord.
  • Facilitate the M365 Governance committee for Postnord and participating in relevant forums on M365 adoption.
  • Reviewing and approving or declining requests for administrator roles and accesses in the collaboration workloads.
  • Working closely with suppliers managing PostNord’ s M365 collaboration related workloads, which in most cases are maintained via Configuration as Code by the supplier.
  • Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and services are continuously improved. Monitor service performance operationally, manage incidents and ensure the reliability and continuity of relevant services, as well as working with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and maintain evergreen services.
  • Handling budget, follow-up, forecasting and invoice processing for your service area, including accounting and cost periodization or accruals.
  • Balancing continuous improvements and user experience within the allocated budget and business plans.
  • Developing and maintaining the long-term strategy for Microsoft 365 to support the company’s digitization and efficiency goals.
  • Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders within IT and the business to understand their needs.
  • Staying up to date on IT market trends and innovation.


We are looking for you who have

  • At least three years of experience in governing and/or managing M365, preferably in a large and complex environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of the M365 technologies and a keen interest in following Microsoft’s roadmap and movements.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Strong sense for operational and maintenance duties.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who has a long-standing interest in M365 and can realistically understand that others may not be as up to date about the continuously changing environment. You should have the ability to consult on M365 capabilities for non-technical stakeholders. Your way of working is inclusive, structured, and responsible.  You need to be able to handle stressful situations and prioritize job tasks independently. Strong communication skills, ease of collaboration, and diplomacy in building and maintaining long-term relationships are essential.

Additionally, you have previous experience with systems like Service Management Tooling, Power BI and other tools required for Business Planning (budget, follow-up, forecast).

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from working in an IT senior role and are used to coaching and guiding others around M365.
