As Network Manager in the Operations team at the Direct Link head office in Solna – Sweden, you will have a key role in growing the global e-commerce delivery business for Direct Link’s customers in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US. 
Direct Link’s Operations team is responsible for Hub Operations, Network and IT. Your role as Network Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations, will be developing and improving pickup logistics, linehaul solutions (air, road, sea and rail), customs procedures and last mile delivery solutions globally. This is a pivotal role partnering directly with our Regional Network Managers in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the US securing and developing our current and future capabilities, identifying and assessing new opportunities, setting targets, establishing relevant KPI’s and overseeing the performance.

You have what it takes 
We expect you to contribute to the success of the company. You thrive on executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You have a thorough understanding of e-commerce and logistics, and ideally industry experience in international air and/or road transportation. You enjoy working with different business cultures, and time zones. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are fluent and have a full professional proficiency in English
