PostNord is undergoing a comprehensive transformation process, where the goal is to become the customers' preferred partner in the market for logistics and communication. Going forward, using RPA technology, we need innovative solutions that can streamline our business. 

You will be part of our distributed team of Robotic developers and business analysts, who are working from Denmark, Sweden, and India. This means that your physical location is subordinate, but it is expected that you can attend physical meetings at our headquarters in Copenhagen or Stockholm if needed.

We are an enthusiastic and ambitious team that works professionally to create results while having a fun everyday life together. The team has a strong agile mindset, and we use Scrum as our framework. We work in a Devops setup with full responsibility for developing and running automations for the business. We currently operate and maintain 170+ processes.

You will have a great influence on your work, and we expect you to bring ideas forward that can improve the deliveries and ways of working within the team.

Job duties

You will work with, among other things:

• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective
• Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project Lifecycle.
• Code, test, debug, implement, and document Process Automation
• Create web forms that act as enablers to the RPA workflow.
• Take business requirements and translate them into robotic solution that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Help improve and enhance our standards for codes

We are looking for you who have

• A minimum of 3 years Hands-on UI-Path development
• UI-path certification
• Experience developing within UI-path frameworks.
• Able to understand business processes, increase their efficiency, and automate them
• Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations
• Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Willingness to be a team player in a self-organizing Scrum team
• Experience with Jira and Slack is preferred
• Experience working in a distributed team is preferred

Experience with databases, Microsoft Power platform, Azure, Python, JavaScript, is a plus.
